Thanks to Kristi for tipping me of to this google widget (on igoogle) and helping me figure out how to paste it here. I LOVE this widet. It makes those crazy scale fluctuations ok... (note - of course my "goal weight" is not 215, but I'm taking it 5 lbs at a time).

I remember reading somewhere that Oprah noticed when she was losing weight and training with Bob Greene that she had a gain every third week (or something like that), even if she followed her plan to the letter.
The scale is a tricky thing. It bugs me, too, but I figure if I keep eating right and working out, it'll eventually trend down.
